Many times our soul suffers
it becomes harder for us to feel or react to any action
. that we get engaged into

torment, to mend our broken hearts; we are in search
for a way out, an exit where we can let the pain out so
. we can breathe in comfort and safety
Everyone has his own force of healing that will help him
recover from the hurts that are part of his life, for
some it is music, art, dancing, for others it is sports o
spending time alone meditating or praying, for some it
is mother nature with her green healing powers that can
wash away any sting we might be aching from; it all
differs from one person to another since we all boil at different degrees
Sometimes we have to surrender to that pain in order
to get rid of it, if we fight it, we will only be adding
more life to it, it has to reach its fullest before t is
calmed and cured, it has to go worst before it gets
better and we should allow that to happen. We need to
investigate our soreness, see in depth what is hurting us
. in order for us to repair our systems
We need a change agent which will erase our past and
reinforce our present in a way that we look forward for
a new day a brighter tomorrow. Clearing out the past
does not mean deleting it for no one can do that, but it
is rather a new approach for remembering what we
want to forget, it is the healing of the heart and
. mending of the psyche
Beauty and love, they are keys to a better us, it is our
salvation, beauty lifts our spirits out of our bodies and
make us see things not as they appear to be but as
. they appear to us, to our needs , fears and dreams
Beauty motivates us to find our hidden riches; it unites
us with our shattered fragments that were spread over
each wound that carved our souls bringing our
. broken pieces altogether as a whole part again
Love can work miracles, love makes the heart dances in
joy and jubilation, it can turn our world upside down, it
changes us and transforms us into a better version of
ourselves giving us what we lack and adding to what we already possess
Time is a crucial factor is the healing process that is
necessary for our cure, there is a certain order in
which the events of our lives take place, we cannot burn
steps nor postpone them, we have to go through them
each and every single one all in the right time in order
to reach our salvation and reach the jewel inside us
that was hidden by the many layers casted upon us with
. every failure, every deception and every loss
Break the ***** of your souls and have the stamina as
well as the courage to open the doors of your hearts
and face the pain inside, interact with it, have a heart
to heart conversation with your inner voices so you can
know where exactly hurts and find your own healing
force and bring it into play and rejoice in a luminosity
